The Rat Pack

Event Description

DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND AN EXTRA SHOW AT 11AM IS NOW ON SALE.

Time travel to Las Vegas in the ‘60s and enjoy the party that lasted more than ten years!

The time is 1960, the place the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, and the event was a show that lasted 4 weeks. Frank and his Rat Pack turned Las Vegas on its head in a wave of glitz, glamour and style. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jnr, Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford were to throw a party that would last for 10 years and was like nothing the world had ever seen.

By day Frank and his gang of superstars would film scenes for the upcoming movie Ocean’s 11 and by night they would all take to the stage to sing, crack jokes and have a riot, all in front of the eyes of a never ending full house. Even President JF Kennedy would come to see the show nobody wanted to miss! Now with The Rat Pack, the jubilation lives on.

Greg Aspeling returns to RPAC after his sold-out performance of The Kings of Swing in 2016 and is joined by Rhydian Lewis and Sebastiaan Scholtens. Together the trio will take to the stage as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jnr and Dean Martin and transport you back in time to the golden age of Ol’ Blue Eyes and his famous Rat Pack.

The Rat Pack brings an incredibly entertaining and wise cracking stage show packed with history, Aussie connections and all the time-honoured songs from these classic and unforgettable performers. Come along for an afternoon in celebration of the crooners of yester-year.
